Where do you ship from?

  • United States Orders: Shipped directly from our US warehouse.
  • International Orders: Processed from the most convenient warehouse based on your order address, ensuring efficient and timely delivery.

Can I change or cancel my order?

To process orders quickly, requests for changes or cancellations must be made within 12 hours of ordering. After this period, requests will be denied, but you can return the order for a full refund after receipt.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal.

When will my order be processed?

Orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse. During holidays and sale seasons, please allow extra processing time. We process orders Monday to Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days and shipped the next day after processing.

How long will it take to receive my order?

  • US, Canada, UK, Australia: 5-13 days 🚚
  • International Shipping: 2-4 weeks 🌏

What if the item(s) I received are defective, incorrect, or damaged?

If you receive incorrect, missing, or defective merchandise, contact us with your order number, photos of the item(s), and all related references. We will resolve your case as soon as possible.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. Credit/debit card refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Contact your bank for the posting timeline. If you haven't received your refund yet, contact your bank/credit card company.
